Praecomm was founded in Dec 2000, based on our perceived need for more creative solutions in the wireless communications marketplace. At that time, customers had two major choices regarding their wireless communication provider.

Their first choice was to deal directly with major corporations who had long lost the concept of real customer service. The second option was to deal with the 'Mom and Pop' dealer or vendor for these larger companies and receive the same hand-me-down mantra of those companies, along with inconsistent levels of service, support and pricing.

From the beginning, our motto at Praecomm has been, "Others provide products, we provide service." The idea being that "anyone" can vend a product or service but not everyone can provide top quality consultation on the front end to ensure the customer receives the right product for the right application. The 'after sale' support is equally important and we feel customers need to have immediate access to the people that will make their jobs easier and less confusing.

All of our team members have a minimum of 5-10 years industry and customer service experience and are trained to understand that we are first and foremost a customer service oriented company. Our team is designed of members that have a wide range expertise in different arenas.

Our department leaders are individuals that come to our company from the industries they have been selected to represent us to. In this sense, they have been on the other side of the fence from communication vendors and know exactly what is needed to provide real value to their chosen markets.

In support of our department leaders are individuals dedicated to providing only the best levels of support and assistance to both the customer and the department leader. By tying the two together, our team is uniquely qualified to provide a level or service and expertise unmatched in the vertical markets we choose to do business in.
